My Last of 2 Turntables
tag # 000030

Well this will be close to the last thing I sell.. Turntables are hard to come by these days, b/c most people gave their records away to the Salvation Army in the eighties.

And I bought them up at a quarter a piece for the last ten years. Sometimes I had to pay a buck or two for a record I wanted but mostly I would buy a stack for five dollars or a crate for less than ten..

One day Gary Hesse showed up to work at Light Work with this slightly used belt drive turntable, I set it up next to my wood case German Hi-Fi turntable and bought a mixer at Radio Shack. I made some of the best tapes with that geri-rigged set up..

Will you make me a tape if you buy my last turntable?
