When I first moved here, Tom Comerford lived in the downstairs apartment, he was the one who introduced me to my landlord Dan. Dan is a pretty good landlord, he seldom comes around and always gives me enough notice if he needs to get into the apartment..

One morning before I lived here Tom woke up at about 7 am or so to the sound of a Chainsaw.. He went outside to discover that Dan had decided to do some early morning yard maintenance. The only problem is that Dan was using a Chainsaw saw to cut down the 7 ft Sunflowers that Tom had nurtured since spring...

This brick was in my empty apartment when I moved in. I'm not sure if it is considered part of the apartment or not. I hope that Dan doesn't deduct money from my security deposit to replace the one I sold on e-bay...
