Avoid at ALL costs. Completely terrible service. We are sitting there waiting for so long for our food. It took twenty minutes for our water. That should have been our first sign. The lobster bisque my friend ordered was spoiled and had to be replaced. Our check was also wrong and we were overcharged by seven dollars. Everything just took so long to come out. Over all, it was the worst experience I have ever had.

Warm, fluffy biscuits. Unlimited shrimp for $16.99 per person. Banana chocolate smoothie. A gigantic chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and hot fudge on top.

That certainly made my birthday ; )

The waitress was nice. Brought out plates after plates of shrimp... made in 4-5 different styles. My advice: don't eat the biscuit, salad, or sides. Save them on the side, and go for the shrimp. Order another plate of shrimp, eat a little bit, take it TO GO!

I recommend their breaded shrimp and the garlic scampi.

This was my first time at a Red Lobster.. I should say that I'm not a big sea food person, and I don't eat fish much so my opinion isn't vert refined...

but.. the food was alright.. I got the fried flounder.. was good, reminded me of eating fish sticks as a kid (that's right, I was a gay fish)... got with fries.. the fish was plenty, but too few fries, and they were too mcdonalds-y... my fiance got stuffed (something) .. stuffed with crab and something.. she generally loves fish, but she didn't like it

we started with fried calamari, which was good and came with good pieces of peppers... but the pieces were small and NO TENTACLE pieces :( that's the best part.. also it took forever

our waitress was nice and reasonably attentive

overall it was just alright.. overpriced for quality..

its an ok place. the food is great but the wait is horrendous. the line outside looks like your waiting for tickets for a concert. and if you paid for parking you might as well go shopping.

What a dump. There's a reason this particular location has such terrible reviews. Among the red lobster fast food chains this particular place is a horrendous experience. I've been coming here for years and every time I go I ask why do I do this to myself? Looooooooooooong waits, always 100% full, sloooooow service, horrible drinks with zero alchlohol, bread baskets always on back order, poor service... everything that makes a bad experience. Only with a hefty bill. With all the amazing seafood resteraunts in NYC, why do we subject ourselves to this frozen fast food???

Made my once a year visit to Lobstah' yesterday. It's pretty hard for anything to taste bad when you put a ton of garlic butter on it. The service was suprisingly good. It's a bit overpriced, but that's because of the location.

If you're trying to impress the lady, the surf n' turf is 37 bucks. Actually, on second thought.....maybe you should go somewhere else....

It is what it is, a typical chain restaurant that is solid on a weekday night but quickly could trun into a disaster on a busy weekend....

Welcome to "where is my dinner??"- yes ladies and gents i decided to tag along with a friend today and eat here. Bad...decision. Why? Question before i commence: Can you ruin a salad? Leave it to this resaurant to do JUST THAT.

My chicken cesear salad was drowned in dressing, soggy croutons and cold chicken-not left over the counter cold--cold, as if it was being stored in a fridge. That little salad was sent back, i had bisquits which where...over cooked...yes, over cooked bisquits. To accompany my burnt bisquits i had coconut shrimps which were ok-not sure if it was because of my starvation or becase it was actually "ok", and  washed this all down with a rasberry lemonade which was fantastic in comparison to everything else. That rasberry lemonade definetly out shined the rest of the dinner.

I give this place a ONE STAR-and only because the waitress was nice and kind and didn't bill me for the poor meal, not to menion my friend ordered  a chicken pasta and the chicken was cold, overcooked and the pasta looked like it was reheated twice-they need some real food there.....

    approval DENIED!!! lol

The food and service was out of this world.  Our waitress even offered to give us dessert to go since we were so full.  The food came fast, hot and accurate. We weren't rushed and were well serviced. The only problem was that we waited an hour and a half to be seated. I would definitely go again, just not on a saturday evening.

Worst red lobster ever! It's dirty, the employees could care less about you and it's overpriced for it's mediocre food. Go to one in the city for sure.

More like 3.5 stars for a couple of reasons, but overall, I had a great meal here the other day after moving, a trip to Target, and a mattress store.

Being my first trip to the Red Lobstah, I had low expectations because I'm a New Englander, and we know good seafood.

I had the Maui shrimp and salmon, and the sauce was delish.  Spicy and sweet at the same time.  My boyfriend got the coconut shrimp with salmon, and the coconut shrimp is soooo yummy.  Calamari was ok, and my salad was drenched in dressing, so that's why I took 1.5 stars off.

Service was good, and they keep the place really clean.  Surpassed my expectations by far.

I'm not a seafood lover and I love to come to red lobster! That says alot about the quality of food, service and comfort of this chain, I adore the cheese busicuts, the bar makes some amazing mixed drinks and the portions are generous, I always look forward to coming to this restaurant.

The drinks were weak, and it was pricey. I had to come here for my birthday, due to some limits. We mostly ordered appetizers, and maybe that why the bill came out to be so high. It might actually be better for us if we had ordered entrees instead. Could be a money saver right there.
We ordered the coconut shrimp. It was pretty good. Crunchy and sweet. The sauce was quite good. Their buffalo wings are just horrible. Kinda obvious, since it is called Red Lobster. We also had some stuffed fish. Very tiny portion.
After eating this meal, I got gas and a headache. That's why I avoid chain restaurants.

I will never ever go to this place ever again. Biscuits were rock hard. My Shrimp Alfredo meal  had  4 small shrimp and when I complained to my waiter , he looked at me like I was an alien. The wait time is ridiculous and let's not even talk about the amount of nasty people, customers included , that I encountered @ this place.

BTW - this was my 2nd time going. I had a bad experience the first time but decided to give it a 2nd chance. Bad move on my part.

Excellat place. Was not expecting it to be this good. we went here as last decision cause outback was not open and we all loved it. The bisquits are a must have and when are party got them we ate them within seconds so so good. THe food menu was kind of limited but  good. The salads everyone had was excellant also the service was great as we had two wait staff helping us one on eather side of the table. The resturant was empty and it felt very welcoming everyone was so nice and I would go back in a heart beat.

We went on a Sunday night.  it is pretty crowded and we felt so bad for the employees -- they were absolutely non stop.  So overworked.  Many were very friendly.  the food was typical red lobster food.  I'll probably end up here again because my boyfriend loves red lobster and I refuse to go to the one in NYC!

The hostesses are catty as hell. They clearly hate everything about their jobs. I guess I would too if everyone in Queens and their mothers is swaming me trying to get a table. This would explain the 1.5 - 2 hour waits on weekend nights. In short, don't go during that time. Lunch and other off-hours are fine to go. Minimum waits.

The quality of food is good, like any other Red Lobster. Their biscuits though are a different story, they don't make them very well in this location. Clearly no TLC goes into their biscuits.

I stop by this Red Lobster every once in a while when I'm craving seafood. They used to have "Crab Crackin' Mondays or Tuesdays" (I can't remember which day now!). I don't think they offer that promotion anymore. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes the wait here can be annoying and the kids can be a bit rowdy and loud. The last time I went the food didn't look fresh. I spoke to the manager and he comped my meal! So that time I was happy with the customer service. I'll be back again especially for those darn cheddar biscuits!!!

Been here a couple of times, trying to give it a chance. Maybe not a red lobster guy. I just don't enjoy anything I order here. But other people seem to come back for more, food is just ok in my opinion. Could find the same kind of food at a diner.

I have always liked Red Lobsters food; there is no question about that. I do have a problem however with the wait on a busy night. I'm not talking about how long it takes to be seated; I'm referring to after you are seated at your table. It didn't take long to be greeted by the waitress when we sat down, however once she had our orders and our food was out we didn't see her nor could we find her to ask for anything. It took us at least 20 minutes to get her attention to ask for water then it took even longer to get the check. I understand it is busy, but I am a patient person and they still managed to annoy me.

OK.  I have to admit, I am not a big fan of the "Lobster" but after shopping for 3 hours at Macy's with 3 women, I was ready to have it my way and Burger King is not one of my preferred food groups.

First off, there is always a wait, at least this time it was only 30 minutes.  But hey, I walked around, used the bathroom and wound up buying myself a jacket next door.  (I was not shopping for myself at Macys.)

I came here with endless shrimp on my mind and we all ordered varieties of this dish, so we shrimped out.  We ordered sodas, a machine poured pina colada (which really sucked) and the triple berry sangria which was just ok.  At $16.95 per order, the shrimp was a good deal.

We started with the lobster dip which was very good.  Then came the cheap iceberg lettuce salad with the standard choice of dressings and veggies.  The team favorites for the endless shrimp were the alfredo sauce and the garlic parmesan.  The scampi was bland and the garlic roasted lacked "well"-garlic!  Nobody ordered the breaded shrimp.

The waitress was pleasant, patient and responsive.  Tanisha deserves 4 stars for her efforts on this evening. All in all, we got our shrimp fix for the week and got our money's worth.

I went to this certain Red Lobster about 5 months ago and didn't have a great experience.

But I recently went back with my boyfriend and I had a fantastic time. Mainly because we had the best waiter in the world. His name was Antwon, if you're there, definitely ask for him.

Their biscuits, yum. The New England clam chowder needed some salt and pepper but also yum. I had the shrimp pasta with asparagus and lobster which was yum-o. And boyfriend had a huge dish with fried shrimp, lobster, and crab and he was in heaven.

Go. Ask for Antwon and you'll be pleased. :)

I don't like seafood. So I thought I would be stuck eating bland chicken or something just like whenever I go to a seafood place with my husband. I love the biscuits! I never tried em till I was 30! Damn I was missing out! Their caesar salad is good, and I love the chicken alfredo pasta. They give you so much, the sauce is so rich and the chicken is very tender. I always have them pack up the rest and then one of us eats it the next day. This particular location gets very. very crowded- so be prepared to wait if you come on a busy night. We had lunch here once it wasn't bad either. Wait staff has been fine, and nice that they serve drinks here too.

This is an ultra-ghetto red lobster.  The service sucks and the restaurant is full of immigrants.  What can you expect from Queens? And it's actually in the mall, which makes it that much less comfortable.

I love those Red Lobster biscuits. So soft and buttery and garlicy and fatty. Mmmm...

There has to be a billion people working there yet only 5 actually do something. Service is not bad though. The table diagonal from us waited a long time for a waitress and they got free dessert. The table behind us ordered a dish that was taking forever to prepare so they got free shrimp cocktail. WE didn't get free anything. oh well. and Food? well it's a Red Lobster.... c'mon.

I love this spot.  I've never been to any other Red Lobster in the city...

#1 Always try to sit by the bar!!  The bartenders are awesome at food service, I've honestly never had a drink, but they're sweet, close to the drinks (sodawise) and super close to the kitchen.  You get everything way faster and get to watch the telly.

Now!  Can you tell I'm a single dude, haha.  But seriously even if you're going with a long time girl, she'll probably agree on the bar...romance and cracking a buttery exoskeleton...just...don't go together.

#2 Save room for Apples Overboard!!  Soooooo tasty.  Piping hot apple pastry with ice cold vanilla ice cream.  Delish!

#3 Cheese biscuits are ONNNN POINT HERE.

#4 Oh yeah, you're entree will probably be dope too.

They lose a star for crappy table service (experienced this Monday)...viva la barra!

Came here only because my girlfriend had a $10 gift card. There is no way I would come here without the card simply because of the price. We only ordered one entree and a soup for $24. The soup was actually pretty good and the food was nothing special. The service is your typical franchise restaurant.

It's been a long time since I've last graced the Red Lobster. I've found that I always get the same thing. Be it that I am a creature of habit or that is the way I am able to tell if the place is good or not. So even though it was packed. We waited about 15 to be seated. A nice table for 2 by the large windows and the dim lighting made for a some what intimate setting. An then enter all the pretty little children.HAHA.. Waiters and staff singing happy birthday.. But as luck would have it my fiancee was friends with a waitress that was serving us. I ordered a Triple berry Sangria. It was very sweet but two more of those an I would have been faded. I ordered the Ultimate Feast.  Everything was great except for the fact that the grab tasted like it came out of the Gulf. Like well the same taste as the smell from the gas station. An no I am not paranoid because the rest of the meal was splendid.. The wait time for the meal was rather short. An there is something that makes there Ceasar Salads amazing.. But the crab thing really really killed it for me..

This is one of the worst Red Lobsters. First off the place need to be renovated. The carpet is not cleaned well and smells of mildew and gives the whole restaurant a sickening smell. If you sit by the bathroom be prepared to be disgusted as well. The food was average. I have tasted better food at other Red Lobster locations and I have been to this location over 10 times. The biscuits are delicious and always seem to be hot and gooey but I have had food that was cold and hard. I do not recommend unless you want a quick lunch or dinner.

    no problems with this branch.

    they always accept my coupons.

    the food is OK.

the wait staff can be slow.

the free cheesy biscuits are nice.

it is nice that you can add tiny shrimps for 99 cents.
