While Red Lobster is a familiar entity to diners in the United States, a global superpower and an aggressive exponent of neoliberal ideology, I had never dined there until a recent Sunday afternoon. My companion, who had only visited Red Lobster facilities in central Pennsylvania, immediately remarked on the "upscale" self-presentation of this urban Red Lobster relative to the more casual atmospheres of the Pennsylvanian habitus. The dark wooden paneling and navy banquettes articulated one of interior design's discourses of authority in order to enact the effect of a "special experience," so apt for this particular outlet of the Red Lobster chain, located as it is in the belly of an outer-borough temple of consumption.

Visitors to Red Lobster often comment on the delight produced by the complimentary cheese biscuits. A basic and omnipresent food--bread--is presented in an alternative form--the biscuit--elaborated further by Red Lobster with the addition of cheese, a dairy product popular for its combination of creaminess and saltiness. Served warm, the cheese biscuits exude a coziness that illusorily eradicates the sensation of alienation of consumer to food endemic to the mass-market restaurant experience. While the cheese biscuits are free, the cost of their production is in fact hidden in the prices of the menu's paid items. A gift without a gift economy (Reb Lobster's manager would be surprised indeed should a customer offer something in reciprocation), their distribution is in actuality an augmentation of the capitalist practice of concealing rent and labor in the commodity form.

We shared two appetizers and one entrée, playfully subverting the standards of individualized gluttony through the implementation of a communal dining praxis. The Coconut Shrimp comprised plump prawns fried in a batter so fruity and sweet it may have passed for a dessert at a more avant-garde eatery rather than a starter at Red Lobster, especially when dipped in the accompanying pina-colada sauce. (The flavor was nearly indistinguishable from that of my beverage--a Malibu Hurricane--highlighting the transversal of gustatory stimulators across solid and liquid forms of nourishment.) The dish interrogated first-course conventions even while following them, a contradiction intensifying the appetizer experience: a frivolously crunchy fried finger-food whetting the appetite for more substantial fare as well as a cloying flavor experience that induces an immediate craving for a subsequent savory dish. We also ordered the Lobster Pizza, where chunks of shellfish swim in a creamy pool atop a crisp crust. The fusion of two cuisines--seafood and Italian-American--so popular in the New England dining milieu in which Red Lobster's branding strategy finds its genealogy was a clever move on Red Lobster's part, yet without vegetables or notable seasonings the blend was bland. The internal flaw undermining the fusion was revealed as the Lobster Pizza deconstructed itself on my tongue.

Our Signature Combination was comprised by barbecued shrimp, grilled scallops, and a bisected lobster tail. The trio of now-defunct crustaceans reconstituted life on the sea floor in a colorful array, jauntily organized in a loose triangle upon a broad oval platter. The lobster, a metonym of the institution itself, was suitably succulent, the bites of meat clinging to the edges of the shell much like the bodies of patrons lodged in the restaurant's booths. It showed us, with horrible vividness, how we consume lobster and how lobster consumes us. The garden salad, the cost of which was included in that of the Signature Combination, was utilized by me as palate cleanser, the tasteless iceberg lettuce offering a tepid respite from bites of butter-drenched fish flesh, but otherwise it was unworthy of comment.

All of these dishes were not only served but pictured on the menu, photographed with such glossy flair that, when the menu is placed beside a plate and opened to the page on which the dish is pictured, a passer-by could be forgiven for failing to distinguish the two with a quick glance. When the menu is on the table, the diner's gaze is bifurcated as it meets its objects of desire: the physical food and its photographic reproduction, an auratic potential meal that is just as--if not more--appealing than the real nourishment that sits before the diner. Thus Red Lobster maintains its customers in the gears of the engine of desire, inciting an appetite that can only be extinguished by death; the customer--always between yearning and satisfaction, hunger and satiety--wants to eternally return to ShrimpFests, CrabFests, and LobsterFests. Saddeningly, many Yelpers have succumbed to this spectacle, failing to adapt a truly critical optical in their reviews; they fixate on the centrality of the lobster itself rather than confronting it as a repertoire of practices and effects that increasingly lodges Red Lobster within the body.

I'm late with this review but since I had a bad experience I have to post it. I usually love this place but since they took off the coconut shrimp from four course feast not so much. I was willing to compromise and order the coconut shrimp as a regular priced meal. I couldn't even do that. The waitress told us they might have it but she wasn't sure . She even told us that the day before they ran out of coconut shrimp. But somehow they might have it this time. Obviously they did not have any. So we decided to leave she proceed to ask why. Well because they could not accommodate us. Why should we stay and order something other than we were craving. Makes no sense.

The food is pretty much standard, but I have to say that this Red Lobster is one of the worst I have been to. The service is horrible. The waitress had a very bad attitude and it took her 20 minutes to bring us the check at the end of the meal. Furthermore there were swarms of fruit flies buzzing around our tables as we were eating. Gross!

It's funny how a restaurant with such a low average rating consistently has a wait to get a table, even on a tuesday evening. Are we just masochists that enjoy to complain?

I think there is some merit to reviewing chain restaurants because the differences between different franchises can be drastic. I have been to some atrocious Red Lobsters, but this is not one of them.

I will echo other reviewers in that the service and attitude can be lacking at times. Coming here last night, we were greeted by a very rude hostess who acted as if we were annoying her by asking how long the wait would be for a party of two. In fact, we never got to ask because as soon as I opened my mouth she blurted out "gimme 10 minutes and walked off" Didn't take our names down and gave several other patrons that came in the same  treatment, which left us wondering if we would even be seated in order. I get it lady, you are underpaid and overworked and would rather be doing something else, but still, try to put on at least some facade that you werent brought up in a cave to the customers who are essentially paying your salary.

We wound up waiting about 15 mins on a wednesday night, place seemed busy as always. Our waitress was wonderful, in stark contrast to the rude hostess. I thought the timing of salads, drinks and entrees being brought out was perfect, maybe a teensy bit slow but this works if you are dining out with someone you want to spend time chatting with,

The food was the way it should be. As good as it is in any red lobster. Although my fries were kinda soggy, I enjoyed my meal. Unlike other chain restaurants, for some reason I always feel like I can finish my plate at Red Lobster and have to use discipline not to gobble everything down and save some to bring home in a styrofoam container.

I think this Red Lobster gets more business than any other restaurant in the area, so give all the 1 and 2 star reviews your heart desires. You know you will keep coming back.

You know, the management here aren't "customer friendly."

#1: Now i understand you have rules about having the whole party together before seating. So they told my grandma to wait outside till were all together before they can even put her name down. So she does so...

When we get there, we go into the 1/2 empty restaurant with no one waiting outside (Because it was a Tuesday). We go in and the front tells us it's a 45 minute wait....

#2: I know you wanna make it seem like your "BUSY" but seriously your restaurant is empty the least u could have done was give my grandma the beeper and have her come in after 45 minutes. You didn't offer her water or at least a comfortable seat. That's so rude. Every other restaurant I've ever been to at least offered water while u wait when it's an off night with a 1/2 empty restaurant.

YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT RED LOBSTER?? SHOVE IT UP YOUR TOOT!

I'm pretty sure you guys are SURPRISED What.Am.I.Doin.Here (LOL).

First of all, My friend and I was celebrating our special (MOMENT) and It was my friends turn to pick a place to go out and eat.  Within seconds he says "YEAH!, Let's got to RED LOBSTER!!! WOO HOO!!!!"

(I gave a 10 second mute over the phone.................)
Sure, let's go, Meet you there for dinner then!.

Arrived to the Queens place mall, Where it wasn't crowded during a weekday.  Hostess greeted us and was ask to follow her.  The table was 5 feet away she "POINTED" it out the table and says "That's your table, someone will serve you in a moment".  I have Never seen such a Service like that. But I will not LET that Bother me.

Plenty of JUICY and Yummy food shown in the picture but PLEASE don't compare it with the Actual meal that you'll get. The waiter stopped by and ask us for drinks first and within 3 minutes he offered us water and a basket of "BISCUITS"*

I order the shrimp linguine Alfredo.  and this is one of the reasons i don't come to this places, because I can get BETTER food for almost the SAME PRICE.  (mini shrimps and the cream was in the center around the pasta).

At the end.  The Waiter was the only friendly and potential staff that made me give another Half star.  Otherwise it would have been a unpleasant evening.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    * - This famous biscuits are pretty damn GOOD, I would give 4 star just for THAT!.

Came here with my kid for lunch after doing some mall shopping.  Our lunch was very good, highlights were a super powerful frozen margarita and those delicious cheddar biscuits.  My server was awesome and even gave me a lil doggie bag of the biscuits to take home for later.  All in all, a good experience. Will def. hit up Red Lobster again on another trip to Queens Center Mall.

Came here earlier today for the endless shrimp deal. It was very endless although the food was mediocre (it is still a chain restaurant after all). However, for 14.99 +tax/tip, you get your choice of 5 shrimp dishes and salad and a side and the biscuits (to be honest that's why we all come here). We were quite full and content by the time we left.

However, that's not why this restaurant gets stars. The stars belong almost solely to our waitress. She was absolutely amazing. We went early in the afternoon but the place was still pretty full. Even then, she came often and was very thorough every time she visited. She noticed my water was low and asked if I needed another. Whenever it seemed like we were done with our dishes, she asked if we wanted another. It was just a great experience with her.

Not great, but not bad. I LOVE those biscuits! I'm also a fan of the $14.99 specials. Although, after I've eaten the biscuits, soup, and salad, there's no room for the entree and I usually end up takin' it home. Dessert, however, there's always room for that to be eaten at the restaurant.

I've yet to have bad or slow service. The staff are courteous. On the weekends and maybe some weeknights, you'll have a bit of a wait. There are benches outside of the restaurant where you can sit, or you can leave your name with the maitre d, get your estimated wait time, and go cruise the mall.

My only real gripe about this place is their tartar sauce. I love tartar sauce! (Special shout out to A Salt & Battery on Greenwich Avenue! It's their house T-sauce and it's gooooood! *lipsmack*) This Red Lobster's t-sauce...BLECH! They'd be better off serving their customers Kraft t-sauce outta the jar and callin' it a day.

Decent food for a chain restaurant, TERRIBLE service (for the most part)

Had a decent meal there, shared an appetizer and had my own combo, which gave me more than enough food to have leftovers for breakfast.  Awesome biscuits, good tartar sauce that brings good taste of of whatever you dip into it.

So why did I give this place 2 stars?  The service.  I was too busy catching up with old friends to bother remembering every incident of poor service but here's the one I do remember: The server managed not to refill our water for almost a good hour and was nowhere to be found (even though the restaurant was more than half empty!)  So we decided to flag a random person down  to ask for water.  Not only did this person take 10 minutes to bring back water, we only got ONE cup (yes...ONE, even though it was pretty obvious that all THREE of us needed a refill.)

To be fair, they were super nice to us in the BEGINNING, but magically forgot we existed after we started ordering our entrees.  This is excusable if it's a Friday night and every table is filled, but no, this was Monday night and I barely saw any tables being filled around us.

Try not to disappoint yourself by ordering something non-seafood related. Read the name of the restaurant! Well, I usually go there for Ultimate Feast and some Long Island Iced Tea. It was pretty good IMO. I think it's something to do with the service rather than the food. Next time make sure you pick the friendly and attentive waitress. LOL

Long wait time and ok food. I guess I'm attracted to Red Lobster by their marketing more so than the quality of their food. I honestly do feel a bit disappointed after having had dinner here. Instead of truly fresh food, it's mostly pre-made and frozen.

The quality and the love that goes into their food seems frozen as well...

I only gave them 2 stars because of their biscuits and their unlimited shrimp deal.

One word, BISCUITS! The sole reason to ever want to hit up red lobster is those delicious biscuits! My second time at Red lobster was in Queens and boy, was I dissappointed! I don't know if it was my waiter or what! Although the friend I went there with is a waitress, she said the service time was average and I am just a really hungry customer! I find it so funny that I have such high expectations for waiters, but I mean the waiter makes the experience! I love getting into deep conversations about what they'd recommend, why, etc. (but that is just me!) I ordered the shrimp brushetta and let me tell you, worst appetizer ever (at least that was my experience here). The brushetta was soggy, the tomatoes were cold (as if they had been defrosting...) and I didn't really eat the shrimp.

My waitress friend enjoyed her food but was displeased with out waiter's service. He tried to ask me about the brushetta because I had asked him earlier what he would recommend. But by the time he tried to be cute and make convo, I was already unhappy with him. I went for dessert because I have a huge sweet tooth and I ordered the apple crumble dessert with vanialla ice cream. Delicious, you can't go wrong with any apple dessert!

The worst part of the night was probably the BISCUITS, I was DISSAPPOINTED. The one reason I get excited to take a trip over to red lobster is for those d*** biscuits and when I get there they suck, c'mon red lobster what is going on? The second round of biscuits were better but I had already had a mouthful of bad ones... Hopefully next time my experience is better!

I'm a fan of every Red Lobster I've been too. This one is no different. I feel very bad for the other's that have had a bad experience here. I was waited on hand and foot. I have no problem waiting to be sat. I also have friends who are in the hospitality field. What you see and what is actually going on behind the scene's is two completely different things.

It is a chain restaurant, this is not a 5 star restaurant and you should have your expectations accordingly, especially if you have been to other chain restaurants.

The service sucks, the hostess just looked at us rolled her eyes and turned around...until someone else next her greeted us and had us seated. The waitress was okay, she took forever to get our biscuits and water. She also took away my boyfriend's soup when he wasn't finished. We saw the waiters just messing around in the back.

The food was good especially the clam chowder. I had the coconut shrimp that was super jumbo and they gave me a good amount of it with dry almost burned rice pilaf...ehh it was okay.

Test your luck! sometimes i end up with a wonderful server (I think its just one guy who i had 3 times lol), meanwhile there are many times i dislike the service (a lot).

You cant expect much from a chained place. Plus many reviewers have already said everything there need to be said. But I will let you know what i dislike and like from their food selection. Love their scallops, and hate their pastas (well duh its a seafood restaurant). But! their new pasta, lobster and shrimp is not too bad. Their shrimp scampi is not too bad (just too salty, actually all their food is loaded with sodium). Lobster bisque was pretty bad but their new england clam chowder was awesome.

Of course DELICIOUS BISCUITS and they always let me doggy bag them to go :)

The food is usually spot on, and the servers have always been very friendly when we dined here.

The main thing that really is frustrating about this Red Lobster is the amount of time you end up having to wait for to be seated.

Sometimes there will be plenty of open booths and we still end up having to wait 25-30 minutes for a table! Come on!

The next thing that displeases me is the condition of the restroom in this Red Lobster. It emits a foul odor of urine and utter stank, and the floor appears to be always soaked in piss when i go here.

Disgusting and unacceptable. How the hell can they not keep a bathroom clean when it often receives such a high amount of traffic on busy nights!

But yet, we still come here.

Red lobster is my favorite restaurant, and with this location being the closest, I come here usually at least once a month. And I'm going to be perfectly honest here, despite all the mediocre/bad reviews, I've NEVER had a bad experience here. Maybe I'm just lucky, but whenever I come here I've always had a great server and never had problems with my food. Yes, sometimes I've had to wait a bit for food but I guess since I work in the food industry as well I have more patience when it comes to food places so I never make a fuss over that. And usually when I go there is no waiting time to be seated. This place is great in my opinion.

Food on a few occasions has come out close to cold and don't even try to get a table on a weekend night (or even a Thursday night) without waiting at least 1/2 hr.  The staff is made up of young people who are more concerned with a paycheck rather than their service or customers.

But if you are one of the majority of ppl who frequent Red Lobster for the biscuits and relatively cheap fish dishes and NOT the service it's alright here.

I don't expect much from chain restaurants, but I expect a restaurant named Red Lobster to do fish right.  The salmon I ordered was cooked too much and a little dry.  I ate a little too much of the cheese biscuits, but isn't that what they want u to do?  To fill up on stuff that costs them 2 cents to make.  You get what you pay for.  If you want decent seafood, pay a little more at London Lennies on Woodhaven Blvd.

I came here with my family (party of 3) on a Saturday afternoon. Since we got here pretty early, the restaurant was empty and we didn't have to wait at all. We were greeted by a host who took our to a booth table in the corner near the bathroom.

I really liked the ambiance of this restaurant which kind of reminds me of the way Applebee's is set up as well. I was glad it was quite serene and we were lucky there were no screaming kids who were there at the same time as us.

We were served by our waitress, Jennifer, who was absolutely wonderful and served us to our every request. We liked the cheese biscuits so much we kept asking for more and Jennifer was glad to give us more. She was also quick in taking away finished dishes and refilled our drinks without us asking! The biscuits was fresh each and every time and we can definitely tell that it came right out of the oven.

I ordered the broiled flounder which came in a smaller portion than I thought but I can't really complain because it wasn't bad for the price of $8.75. It came with two sides and a salad of your choice. I got the house salad instead of the Caesar salad and for my two sides, I got rice and broccoli. The rest of my family got seafood as well which all came with two sides and a house salad.

The food wasn't phenomenal.. the only thing I really like were the biscuits.  I guess for the price, I wasn't expecting much. I may revisit again but only if there's limited choices to food selections because there are other restaurants out there that are better tasting than this one.

Used to love red lobster but I don't know what happened. Either my appetite became more experienced and knowledgeable or the chefs just forgot their skills in culinary due to age. Used to come here and love their food when I was younger, but now the only things I like from here are their biscuits and salad (which is a shame because anyone can cut up fresh veggies for a great salad). Live close to it, but the only times I go are when I just want to stop in for a drink or two.

My latest experience at this Red Lobster was great. My friend and I were seated right away, which was great because we were starving after a few hours of shopping. We practically devoured the biscuits once they were set in front of us, but that's no surprise I'm sure. My garden salad was pretty good, it actually had enough dressing which is usually my concern. My friend had a soup but I can't quite remember which she had.

Our waiter was pretty great. He had a full section and yet was still attentive and very friendly with us. I think the trick is to not go at night on a weekend. We were there on a Thursday evening. One of my favorite meals is the Seaside Trio and that's what my friend had, she really liked it. From the Create-Your-Own I had Salmon and Garlic Shrimp, it was very good and fresh.

Ok, so I've been to Red Lobster a handful of times before but it was my first time at this location and never have I been so rudely greeted by a host before. I come in with my family, a party of 9, for dinner at around 7 o'clock. The place was not busy and but we were asked to wait until our whole party arrived since there was 6 out of 9 of us present at the time. Fine, so we waited. Five minutes later, we had 8 out of 9 present and I went up to the host and kindly asked to the host if we could be seated now since our 9th person was just going to drop by but not order anything. He literally scoffed and said "Fine, I'll set up a table." He seriously looked so annoyed and I figured he just had a bad day or hated his job. So I brushed it off and waited to be seated.

Later on, when our 9th person arrived, which was my sister, came to the table and the first thing she tells me is about the host in the front. She told me when she came in she asked the host if she can go in and look for her party and the host replied back to her in a nasty tone, "Are you looking for a group of little Asians? They're over there." SERIOUSLY?!?! You don't refer to customers as LITTLE ASIANS, even if we are!!! And the funny thing is, he was a little asian himself!!! I think he had chopsticks stuck up his butt or something! UGH.

Anyways, the food was mehh... nothing out of your ordinary Red Lobster food although my fish & chips was on the soggy side. Ew. The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because of their awesome cheesy mouthwatering biscuits and our waiter. He was seriously the BEST waiter I've ever had. He literally memorized all of our orders (all 9 of our orders) without writing down a single thing. It was like he had super memory or something. And he was so enthusiastic and it made me forget about the horrible little asian host in the front. He was seriously the cutest little thing and even gave us a box full of biscuits to go!

The entire night I literally kept staring at our waiter and back at our host and my mood was constantly alternating from happy to angry. I felt like I was bipolar or something. I still find it hard to believe that the BEST waiter that I've ever encountered and the WORST host I've ever encountered is under one roof. Probably would not go back here.

I should have read the reviews before stepping into that restaurant.  I live few blocks away from it for about 2 years and this is my first time visiting.  And I will not return ever again.

I had to wait about 40 minutes to get a seat on Monday afternoon around 4pm.  Then took about 20 minutes for the waiter to show up and take order.  The waiter was talking to somebody while taking our order and messed up one of the orders.  Another 20 minutes for them to bring water and salad.

The menus are dirty but tables are in good shape.

Like one of the reviewers said, the food is absolutely SALTY.  The saltiness overpowers everything.  Even the salad is salty.

Now good thing, which is why "ONE" start is the cheese biscuits.  They are fresh, hot and taste good.

O MY!! So I was thinking let me stop by and take advantage of the $15 for a 4 course meal, let me try it out.

Okay first there was a wait was told about 5 min and it took more like 20 min. I looked around and there were tables empty and a group of works talking behind the hostess who greets. We finally got a table near the kitchen and boy o boy I was so tempted to get up and just leave. It was so disturbing what I saw, I just looked into the kitchen and it was just disgusting. There was a puddle of cloudy white water that all the waiters walked over on their way to the kitchen mind you the mop was near the puddle. So yea, there was stacks of boxes and the staff was looking all off meaning their shirts weren't even properly tucked in and I was just so turned off I wanted to run. I couldn't focus on the taste of the food because my mind was on that kitchen.... I was just so turned off at the look of that kitchen I just wanted to RUN.

I know why did I stay!!!????????? Sorry I can't go back

The place is huge, clean, and the service was ok. This is one of my least favorite chain restaurants. The food (especially anything fried) is obviously previously frozen and tastes horrible. Those free cheesy biscuits you get are nice and soft and warm but way too salty for me to really enjoy. If you must get something here go with something it would be hard for them to screw up like king crab legs. The coconut shrimp weren't that bad either.

Came here last night with my parents and boyfriend mainly because we had gift cards and we wanted to use them up. We were seated quickly but that was the only thing that was done quickly. We waited twenty minutes and not even an acknowledgement so we went and asked for our waiter. Ten minutes later she arrived with not even an apology. She was nice enough but i would have really appreciated some sort of apology or acknowledgement that we just waited nearly 30 minutes for you to take our order. The rest of the night pretty much went on this slow pace. The table next to us a party of eight just got up and left because they waited so long. I probably would have done the same if I didn't have my gift cards.

I have always enjoyed eating the food at red lobster. Can't complain about those great cheesy garlic biscuits and my food was just as good. Now if only the service was just as good I would frequent Red Lobster more often...

Worst red lobster I've been to. The place is a pig sty and the staff really just wipes the table during service hours. The bartender and the waiter both screwed up beer orders and food orders. Service was slow, and the worst part is the biscuits were terrible! I assumed the biscuits were made to be super easy for the line cooks, but apparently they can still screw them up!

The last time I ate red lobster, it was at this location. I honestly regretted even stepping foot into this location. My family and I came here for my stepfather's birthday dinner. We were a party of 7 including a child as well. It was around June 25 so therefore the place was packed with graduates. Could you believe that these ppl were so money hungry that they decided to put a folded table with folded chairs together for us to dine. I looked at them, laughed and couldn't believe my eyes. I had to make it very clear to the hostess that we didn't mind waiting and if we wanted folded out tables & chairs we could've did this at home. Surprisingly 5 minutes later our table was ready. We were seated and our waitress was horrible. She was so bad that another waitress had to replace her. Through out our whole dining experience I realized that we would never visit another red lobster again. Not only was the food a major let down but the service sucks. The one star is for the drinks which tasted way better than the food. Even if we would've complained to the manager they wouldn't care because they're part of a franchis, so they will make money regardless. At least I get to leave a review so that way others won't make the same mistake I did.***Avoid this place if u can***

My husband and I visited this location after I had been there once before and had a pleasant experience. This time went terribly different, it was uncomfortable and the waiter was just plain out rude.

    We ordered:
    -A coke
    -A raspberry iced tea
    -Sweet Chili Shrimp
    -Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo
    -Caesar salad without dressing
    -Chicken alfredo

Our waiter was Bryant. We were seated without wait in a comfortable part of the restaurant. Waiter came over, asked if we were ready to order, we ordered our drinks and appetizer and told him we would need a bit more time to order food. Waiter returned in 5 minutes or so and we placed our order. Almost a half hour later we received the salads and biscuits, we still hadn't received our drinks, we asked him if they would be out soon, he stated that the bar is responsible for drinks and they will probably bring it out soon. We started to eat anyway, my salad was ordered without dressing, the bottom of the salad had lettuce drenched with salad but on top the lettuce was plain. I brought this to his attention (still no drinks). He simply took the plate away, never said a word, returned a few moments later with another salad. A table had sat down next to us, a family of 4, he brought their drinks out right away. Returned with a tray full of drinks for the rest of his tables. Set the tray in front of our table and served all his other tables then us. Wouldn't care normally, but again we had already asked and complained about our drinks not being there ( they were fountain sodas not cocktails!). His overall attitude was rude and unresponsive.

He never once asked how everything was or apologized for things that went wrong. Hey, I don't mind a wait, but it was his attitude that ruined the whole experience. Regret not complaining to the manager.

    Won't return to this location.

The few times I been here I found that you need to be early to be seated quickly.  I have seen the wait during dinner hour, it's not pretty.
If you don't mind the wait, the special of the season are pretty good deal.
Snow crab was sweet, not salty like those buffet type.
Endless Garlic butter biscuit is a plus, you can even have them to go with your unfinished order.
I would go again, just not during rush hours.  Although you do get a pager so you can shop while you wait.

Let me start off by saying they have a B !

I've been here a few times before but recently went again this past weekend for the four course meal @ $15.
New England Clam Chowder: pretty good
Caesar Salad: Okay, lettuce could have been fresher
Wood-Grilled Tilapia: pretty good, got it with mash potatoes/steamed broccoli (nothing to dance over)
Shrimp-and-Scallops Alfredo: (is what my partner had) She really liked it.
Desert: Don't even ask...ugh!, They said they ran out of ice cream and freaking gave me whip cream instead! WHO DOES THAT???
Oh and the biscuits were flat and not cooked all the way threw!!!
I did have a drink called Bahama Mama: Loved it.

Over all guys my experience was disappointing!
I forgot to mention I waited 40 minutes to be seated after they said it was only a 20 minute wait!
If it wasn't because my partner got up and asked why haven't we been seated yet we would have never found out that they skipped our name!!!
WHAT IDIOTS!!  How hard is it to be a hostess???
